She heads the school as Director and has a rich career in the education field, that includes: Founder Principal of India International School, Bangalore. Heading the Early Childhood Learning Centre as a Director and a Consultant of K-12 schools. Educational Qualifications and Accomplishments:
She has done her M.A, M.Ed. and I.E.L.T (Dubai) with vast work experience in schools abroad and in India for 33years
The Bangalore School Trust is managed by Ms. Usha Iyer. She has a rich career in the field of Education for the last 35 years. She is presently the Director of The Bangalore School (TBS) and is also the proprietor of the school.
At present, there are 2 Pre-schools, one in Inner Circle and the other one at ECC Road located in the Whitefield area. TBS has been awarded and recognized since it’s inception from 2012. She also heads as a Director for the elementary school, under the name The Green School Bangalore (TGSB) in the heart of Whitefield, which is structured completely around the green school concept and caters to the K-12. She heads the nursery teacher training unit in TBS Inner circle, Whitefield, recognized by AICCE, New Delhi (a certified course in nursery teachers training). She is an educational consultant for CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE schools. She has her own consultancy firm called K12consultants and has been assisting schools as a recruiter in Pan India. Ms.Usha’s Achievements and other Highlights: She is a Resident Ambassador for the Develop Schools Project. Been invited for a 2 week trip to Canada in 2011 by the Canadian High Commission to visit Eight Canadian Universities. Bestowed the Vikas Ratna Shiromani Award in the year 2004 for her contribution to the field of education. Felicitated by the Garden City College as the Women Entrepreneur in the field of Education in the year 2010. She has received leadership awards from Education Today and Dewang Mehta for her Educational brands.
She was recognized by the ICSE council at Delhi and was chosen to be an inspector for affiliating ICSE schools in 2012. She has been felicitated twice from the British Council. She has presented papers at national and international conferences held in Bangalore and abroad.

Dear Parents, I welcome you to the Bangalore School, which strives to be one of the best pre-schools in the country. The school tries to give a rich blend of learning, fun, play, and other activities like art, dance, music, theatre, etc. The school is geared up to give one of the best facilities for the child’s all-round development. We have attracted one of the best talents, for our teaching and other staff to ensure that your child gets the best. We do not believe that getting the best staff is an end in itself. We plan to have continuous learning/training for teachers to ensure that they remain the best consistently over the years. We want to be a transparent school to ensure that the parents get to understand how we go about achieving our objective of being the best pre-school in the country. We not only want to listen to the parents and shall take their suggestions for improvement seriously. We shall not become the best school in the country unless we give importance to nature and the environment that shall be one of our principal objectives. We would like to be evaluated at the end of the year by the smile and happiness of the children attending the school than any other yardstick.

Ms.Pritha Abraham serves as the Centehead for the Innercircle branch. One quote she strongly believes in, Teachers have three loves: love of learning, love of learners, and the love of bringing the first two loves together – Scott Hayden. She has a rich teaching and administrative experience of more than 7 years in pre-school segment .She is an early childhood expert. She is educationally enlightened, technologically savvy and open to pedagogical changes to create a positive and challenging learning environment. She has a dynamic and versatile personality and is an ebullient source of energy to the people around him. She has a rich and varied experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, curriculum specialist, well versed with modern pedagogy and educational practices.
